The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Solutions Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our technical capabilities and our customers' needs. You will be instrumental in translating complex client requests into impactful product features, ensuring that technical feasibility always aligns with user-centric design. By joining us, you will help force-multiply our ability to deliver results for our state customers and contribute directly to our Center of Excellence through advancements in AI technology and automation.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate closely with our product managers and engineering teams to define requirements, manage project risks, and ensure that our technical solutions are both high-quality and aligned with user goals.
• You will serve as a technical advocate for our clients, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training on our software tools to ensure successful adoption.
• You will contribute to our internal innovation by developing automation workflows, monitoring AI models, and refining our development processes to keep our team agile and efficient.

Who you are

You are a builder at heart with about 2 years of experience in an engineering role and a degree in computer science or a related technical field. You communicate clearly in English and thrive in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments. Your technical toolkit includes a strong command of Python and SQL, along with experience using React, AWS, and Docker. You have a solid grasp of modern AI technologies, including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and model evaluation. Most importantly, you have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to write clean, maintainable code while managing multiple priorities independently.
