What you bring
As our Product Security Lead, you will be a visionary professional responsible for ensuring our applications remain secure and trustworthy. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Switzerland, Spain, France, or the United Kingdom. You will be at the center of our efforts to protect user data while fostering a culture of security across our organization.
- Define the vision and roadmap for product security to inspire the entire company.
- Build and lead a high-performing product security team.
- Partner with product managers and developers to embed security into the architecture from day one.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience in application security, ideally within privacy-focused or SaaS environments. You should have a proven track record of leading complex security projects from concept to production. We value leaders who can blend constructive challenge with collaboration and who possess the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable guidance. Proficiency in Security, Application Security, Code Reviews, and Penetration Testing is essential. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a quick grasp of large, complex systems.
