Product QA Lead at Sitetracker

What is this role?

We are seeking a Product QA Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position based in India that operates in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will act as a mentor and strategist, working closely with a team of 10 to 15 software engineers to ensure our software remains reliable, scalable, and high-performing.

What will you do?

• Champion a culture of quality by coaching engineers on testing methodologies and ensuring everyone takes ownership of their code.
• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that cover unit, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Lead our automation initiatives by adopting modern frameworks to reduce manual testing and improve overall development efficiency.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in software development or testing within a SaaS environment. You should be comfortable communicating in English and possess a strong technical background. Key requirements include:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks like Jest, Playwright, Cucumber, Postman, BrowserStack, and Appium.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce and cloud platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive testing standards across cross-functional teams.
