Our platform is anchored by our proprietary Multi-Party Computation technology, which serves as the gold standard for secure custody. Through our ClearLoop network, we enable clients to trade and settle directly from the safety of their MPC-secured wallets, effectively bridging the gap between global exchanges and digital asset security. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Product Principal to join our team in the United Kingdom to lead the evolution of our core solutions.

Key outcomes

• Lead the continuous improvement and operational support of our Custody, Settlement, and Clearing solutions.
• Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, revenue, and compliance, around a shared product vision and execution strategy.
• Partner with legal and compliance departments to ensure our platform meets regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
• Engage directly with our high-touch B2B clients to gather feedback and translate market insights into product innovation.
• Identify and mitigate potential product risks throughout the development lifecycle to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Manage product and development boards to ensure all processes remain efficient and aligned with company policies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, leading discussions with senior stakeholders to drive our market leadership.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Prime Brokerage and Prime Services operating models, including familiarity with financing solutions.
• Extensive understanding of Global Custody, Securities, and Post-Trade Services operating models.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally working with hedge funds, market makers, or OTC desks.
• Demonstrated success in a product leadership position.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle, from UI/UX design and requirement reviews to production support.
• Strong grasp of blockchain technology and a keen interest in the digital asset ecosystem, particularly tokenization.
• Ability to make independent decisions while remaining willing to handle day-to-day product tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Background in operations or technology.
