We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our team and help us transform the second-hand market in Turkey. Our mission is to build products that truly resonate with our users, and we value individuals who approach challenges with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to collect and rank product requirements effectively.
- Manage and update the product roadmap to ensure it stays aligned with our broader business objectives.
- Coordinate with development teams to establish clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
- Perform market research to stay ahead of industry trends and refine our product strategy.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from the initial concept to the final launch.
- Use data analysis to guide your decisions and optimize product performance.
- Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders, designers, and developers to keep everyone aligned.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, ideally within e-commerce, payment systems, or order fulfillment.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- A deep understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Strong Agile and Scrum experience.
- An analytical approach to work with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- A solid grasp of UX and UI design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
