We are looking for a Product Owner to join our cross-functional team of software engineers, quality assurance testers, and UX designers. In this role, you will help build the future of our order management platform as we scale to handle millions of orders daily. You will be responsible for driving technical projects from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex business problems, and ensuring our product roadmap remains aligned with our goals.
Key outcomes
- Translate customer challenges into actionable epics and user stories.
- Define, clarify, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Partner with the UX team to develop feature mockups and ensure designs meet user needs.
- Manage the product backlog and lead grooming sessions to maintain team momentum.
- Write clear acceptance criteria and validate that delivered work meets our quality standards.
- Communicate product changes effectively and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Create documentation for new feature releases.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines to formulate effective business solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with project planning, progress monitoring, and creative problem solving.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- A collaborative, positive mindset and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in B2B or eCommerce product development.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Portfolio.
- Previous experience in a technical role, such as a Software Engineer.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
