What you bring

As a Senior Product Owner in this full-time, hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue strategy. You will report directly to the game product director and work from our creative base camp in Södermalm, Stockholm. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Defining the strategic frameworks, KPIs, and overall vision for new revenue generation within our live titles.
• Managing a high-level roadmap and backlog that balances player value with data-driven insights to explore new monetization opportunities.
• Leading cross-disciplinary collaboration with producers and developers to ensure efficient delivery of features and successful post-ship analysis.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in product management or finance, specifically within the gaming industry. You should be comfortable managing a P&L and navigating the full product loop from initial goal setting to execution and success tracking. Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly to your team. We value candidates who thrive in uncertain environments and possess a strong drive to innovate. While we look for specific technical skills, we prioritize your passion and willingness to learn over a perfect checklist of qualifications. You must be fluent in English to collaborate effectively across our global studio.
