We’ve partnered with brilliant organisations like the American Red Cross, UNHCR, and Lush to turn big ideas into impactful digital products that actually do good.

We’re looking for a Product Owner who loves creating clarity from complexity, building trust with clients, and helping teams deliver meaningful results. You’ll guide projects from discovery through to delivery, balancing user needs, client goals, and business priorities, and keeping everyone connected along the way!

What You’ll Be Doing 👩‍💻👨‍💻

You’ll take ownership of digital products from start to finish, ensuring teams are focused, clients feel confident, and outcomes deliver real impact. Day to day, you’ll:

• Guide projects smoothly from discovery through delivery, balancing quality, time, and budget

• Lead discussions that bring clarity - translating technical detail into plain, engaging language

• Build trusted relationships with clients through transparency, empathy, and great communication

• Manage multiple digital products with confidence, keeping everything on track and aligned

• Define and communicate clear product goals, vision, and success measures

• Use insight and data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

• Motivate and empower cross-functional teams, maintaining momentum and focus

• Spot risks early and help teams resolve challenges collaboratively
  

Who You Are 🧩

You’re a confident communicator, natural collaborator, and detail-driven thinker. You care deeply about creating products that genuinely make a difference and you’re great at bringing people along for the journey.

✅ Essentials:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in a digital or tech environment

• Proven experience managing multiple digital products end-to-end

• A solid understanding of app and web development lifecycles

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills - from discovery to delivery

• Comfortable using agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro

• Data-aware and insight-driven, using evidence to guide decisions

• Adaptable, proactive, and accountable - balancing autonomy with collaboration

🪄 Bonus points for:

• Experience working in an agency 

• An understanding of how to turn purpose-led ideas into scalable digital solutions
