We are looking for an ambitious Product Owner (PO) to join our growing team. We expect our POs to have strong people and organisational skills along with a customer-centric attitude.
As a PO in BWT you are going to do:
Execute the customer’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap for eGaming products.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features and initiatives based on business value, player impact, and technical feasibility.Gather and analyse requirements, user stories, and feedback from stakeholders.Maintain and prioritise the product backlog to align with the product roadmap.Participate in sprint planning to define goals, scope, and deliverables.Conduct sprint reviews and demos to validate features and gather feedback.Coordinate product releases, including feature launches, bug fixes, and performance improvements.Monitor KPIs, user engagement metrics, and client feedback to drive data-driven decisions.Communicate product updates, progress, and priorities to all stakeholders.You will be successful in this role when you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience.Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on eGaming products and platforms.Deep understanding of the eGaming industry, including market trends, player demographics, and competitive landscape.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a shared vision and goals.Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and tools such as JIRA or Trello.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, make informed decisions based on data, and anticipate potential issues or opportunities to take timely action.Familiarity with software development processes, user experience design principles, and product management tools and techniques, along with a data-driven approach to product delivery.A deep passion for gaming and a strong customer-centric mindset, dedicated to providing outstanding player experiences and achieving business goals, while regularly offering innovative, creative, and valuable ideas in discussions and brainstorming sessions.Why us?
