Breakwater Technology is a dedicated technology solutions firm that specializes in custom product development. We manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial requirements and software coding to ongoing maintenance and support. Our team is driven by curiosity and an agile mindset, and we are currently seeking an ambitious Senior Product Owner to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Estonia.
Responsibilities
- Translate the customer vision and strategy into a roadmap specifically tailored for eGaming products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features by balancing business value, technical feasibility, and the impact on players.
- Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure it remains aligned with our broader strategic goals.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated success in a Product Owner role, specifically within the eGaming industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, along with proficiency in tools like Jira or Trello.
- Strong leadership abilities and a talent for communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of user experience design principles and a data-driven approach to solving complex problems.
