Born from a joint venture between a leading European media house and a Microsoft Partner of the Year, we are transforming how organizations from the mid-market to the DAX index handle their board meetings and committee work. Our SaaS products integrate directly into Microsoft Teams to streamline the preparation, execution, and follow-up of high-level meetings. We are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our founding team as we scale our impact and redefine corporate efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as the driving force behind our product vision, helping us move toward a truly product-driven organization. You will bridge the gap between our technical development team and our stakeholders, ensuring that our digital assistant continues to set the standard for automation and efficiency in corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development of our product vision and coordinate the software development roadmap to ensure we meet our strategic goals.
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features in close collaboration with both the development team and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary interface for stakeholders while crafting detailed epics and user stories that keep the user experience at the center of every technical requirement.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar capacity within an agile SaaS development environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills and a highly structured approach to managing complex processes.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, learn new topics independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Professional fluency in both English and German.
