Role at a glance
We are looking for a mid-level Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States, where you will act as a bridge between our high-level product strategy and the daily execution of our software development teams.
Your impact
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for our SaaS payments portfolio, ensuring our development efforts align with market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex user research and design concepts into clear, actionable user stories and development tasks.
- Lead the product backlog within a SAFe Agile framework, guiding developers, testers, and Scrum Masters to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
What you'll need
- Two to three years of professional experience in product management or as a product owner.
- Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, along with hands-on experience using Jira.
- A deep curiosity about the payments industry and the ability to synthesize technical requirements into intuitive, user-focused features.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- A proactive approach to market research and a sharp eye for detail when managing product backlogs.
