Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Poland. You will be working on-site as a key member of our product team, helping us refine our enterprise-grade software and drive our next phase of growth.
Your impact
- Analyze product performance to drive data-informed decisions and shape the development of our platform for independent contractors.
- Manage the end-to-end product release cycle by coordinating across departments and ensuring seamless change management.
- Turn user feedback and customer insights into actionable product iterations while maintaining high-quality documentation and training materials.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or product operations within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Advanced data skills, including the ability to write SQL queries and build visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools like Claude to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- A solid grasp of software development processes to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work during EST business hours for at least two days per week.
