We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Xapo, we are transforming the world of digital banking by operating as a fully distributed team of over 130 people across more than 40 countries. We focus on innovation and global impact, and we are currently seeking a visionary leader to manage our card products, including the debit cards linked to our clients' USD and bitcoin accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development and improvement of our card products by defining clear requirements, managing the product roadmap, and prioritizing features based on strategic goals and customer impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX design, engineering, marketing, and compliance, to ensure our card solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor performance through key performance indicators and analyze customer behavior to drive continuous product innovation and improvements.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working as a Product Owner.
Deep subject matter expertise in financial services, specifically regarding card payments and operations.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
A user-centric mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Professional fluency in English.
A dedicated workspace and reliable, high-speed internet connection to support our remote work environment.
Experience with cryptocurrency or Bitcoin is considered a significant advantage.
