We are AstroPay, and we are on a mission to revolutionize the online payment industry by providing cutting-edge solutions that go far beyond a traditional digital wallet. We are looking for a Senior Product Ops Associate to join our multinational team and help us drive our international expansion through innovation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

Analyze market needs from both regulatory and customer perspectives to inform our product strategy.
Negotiate effectively with international processors, service providers, and global brands.
Design and execute strategies for issuing digital products, including the launch of debit and prepaid cards in new regions.
Develop comprehensive strategies to maximize the profitability of our product offerings.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Legal, IT, Finance, Risk Management, and Marketing, to ensure seamless operations.
Define and track key performance indicators to monitor business health and identify areas for improvement.

Must-haves

Proven experience working within the fintech or payments sector.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on negotiation, conflict resolution, and complex problem-solving.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A determined, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
