Product Operations at Lemonway

At Lemonway, we simplify complex and regulated payment operations for marketplaces. We process payments for the new economy, supporting crowdfunding platforms, sharing economy services, and e-commerce sites while ensuring top-tier fraud prevention and security for our clients. We are looking for someone to help our Product team become more fluid, aligned, and high-performing as we continue to scale.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Operations professional for a full-time position. Working closely with our Head of Product, you will be the guardian of our internal processes, the quality of our documentation, and the overall steering of our product strategy. Your goal is to ensure our organization functions efficiently, that our decisions are backed by the right tools, and that our product deliverables are clear and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our external product documentation by partnering with Product Managers to ensure content is consistent, high-quality, and continuously updated.
• Coordinate product performance by defining key metrics, building dashboards, and implementing a cross-functional approach that connects our Product, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Act as the operational anchor for the Product team by managing our tools, refining our processes, and ensuring the reliability of our roadmap through centralized product requests and clear status tracking.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Two to five years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Project Management, or Consulting.
• A strong aptitude for structuring information, working with data, and maintaining high-quality documentation.
• The ability to create clarity in a fast-paced environment and bring teams together around shared processes.
• Proficiency with essential tools such as Notion and Jira, as well as experience with external product documentation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, a rigorous approach to organization, and a solid understanding of agile product team dynamics.
• Previous experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding is considered a significant asset.
• Fluency in both English and French.

Location

This role is based in France and is an on-site position.
