We are currently looking for a Product Operations professional to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Colombia. Since our founding in 2013, we have worked to simplify financial services and empower our 85 million customers across Latin America. As a major digital financial services platform, we rely on proprietary technology to provide intuitive and human-centered solutions for individuals and small businesses. Our Product Operations team acts as the backbone of our efficiency, blending project management, business analysis, and strategic advising to ensure our operations run smoothly as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of roadmaps, which includes evaluating priorities and navigating complex tradeoffs in our fast-paced environment.
- Translate operational and business requirements into clear, high-level backlog items.
- Monitor and report on essential business metrics and service level agreements related to our third-party banking integrations.
- Create advanced processes and frameworks designed to scale our banking infrastructure and boost overall productivity.
- Oversee critical supplier dependencies to maintain the operational health of our products.
- Engage in technical discussions with regulatory bodies across various countries to influence industry standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar Product Operations or related role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- A strong interest in the technical ecosystems that support our products, with previous experience in third-party banking integrations being highly valued.
- A proven ability to design and refine processes that involve external partners.
- Solid business acumen, particularly regarding the unit economics of financial services.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while managing challenging stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to all levels of the organization.
- A demonstrated history of successful stakeholder management and building partnerships from the initial concept through to final delivery.
