About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team in a full-time, junior-level capacity. In this role, you will act as the engine behind our product organization, ensuring that our daily workflows run smoothly. You will be the primary point of contact for triaging bugs, managing feature requests, and keeping our internal stakeholders aligned on our product roadmap and release schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Bug Triage: You will evaluate incoming reports to distinguish between actual bugs and expected behavior, create detailed tickets, and track issues until they are resolved.
- Facilitate Feature Requests: You will serve as the intake point for new ideas, ensuring requests are complete and routed to the appropriate Product Manager to maintain an organized backlog.
- Drive Data Analysis: You will identify recurring patterns in bugs or user feedback, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights that help us improve our product development processes.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in an operational, product support, or customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for various stakeholders.
- A proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring everything is followed through to completion.
- An analytical mindset that allows you to spot trends and synthesize feedback from different sources.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in a field like Business or Computer Science is a plus, though we value diverse educational and professional backgrounds.

This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model.
