What you bring
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid role, based in the United States, is essential to our Go To Market efforts as we continue to build world-class platforms for HR leaders and employees. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our technology and our internal users.
- Drive process improvement by building repeatable workflows that simplify product releases for our internal stakeholders.
- Lead Go To Market readiness by creating training materials, documentation, and help articles while collaborating with the Total Rewards team.
- Act as a product expert by investigating bugs, managing feature request prioritization, and conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You should bring at least three years of experience in a Product Operations role and possess a proven ability to articulate risks and resolutions effectively. We value individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing shifting priorities with ease. A strong background in Go To Market strategies, process improvement, and Total Rewards will set you up for success. We are looking for someone who is energized by creative problem-solving and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team.
What we offer
