The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist to serve as a vital problem-solver within our organization. In this full-time, on-site role, you will act as the glue that keeps our product ecosystem functioning smoothly. You will bridge the gap between our technical teams and our users, ensuring that our digital platforms remain as high-performing as the vehicles we cover. This is an ideal position for a tech-savvy innovator who enjoys diving into complex systems and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

A day in the life

• You will manage customer issues by investigating configuration problems independently and escalating technical concerns to our product and engineering teams when necessary.
• You will maintain our system integrity by managing metadata, configuring site settings, and performing regular audits across our various app store accounts.
• You will collaborate cross-functionally to provide the voice of the customer, using data analysis to inform feature requests and improve our overall publishing throughput.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience who excels at managing technical workflows with a sense of urgency. You possess a strong technical toolkit, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL for database reporting. You are comfortable navigating content management systems and are eager to master new publishing tools. Because this role involves mentorship, you have the leadership skills to support and train team members effectively. You communicate clearly in English and have a proven ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
