About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Operations Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role is designed for a tech-savvy problem solver who acts as a bridge between our product and technical teams. You will be responsible for maintaining the health of our product ecosystem, ensuring our systems run smoothly, and advocating for the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer-facing issues by investigating technical problems and escalating them to the appropriate product or engineering teams when necessary.
- Oversee system configuration and metadata maintenance to ensure our publishing tools and content taxonomies remain accurate and efficient.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to represent the voice of the customer, providing actionable product feedback and feature requests to improve our publishing throughput.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical aptitude and operational experience. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical proficiency in reviewing HTML and updating CSS.
- Experience using SQL to query databases for reporting and investigative purposes.
- Strong familiarity with CMS platforms and content management workflows.
- Expertise in data analysis, including the ability to use Microsoft Office tools for visualization and reporting.
- Experience with Zendesk for customer support and GitHub for version control.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage system configurations and troubleshoot complex workflows.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $85,000.00. In addition to base compensation, we support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
