Product Operations Manager at Athennian

We provide a platform that organizes corporate structure and entity information for over 370,000 business entities worldwide, automating complex workflows for governance, tax, and compliance. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report to the SVP of Platform and Delivery and serve as a vital link between our Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams to ensure our product organization operates with maximum efficiency and clarity.

What you'll be doing

• Build and scale repeatable systems that support our roadmap planning, release operations, and feature delivery, while developing the playbooks and rituals necessary to keep our product lifecycle running smoothly.
• Act as the operational backbone for product releases by coordinating across departments, managing internal communications, and ensuring all enablement assets are ready for launch.
• Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards to track product usage and feature adoption, using these insights to help our teams make informed, strategic decisions.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a similar capacity within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes that improve team collaboration and product delivery.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex deliverables and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Pendo.
• A data-driven mindset and exceptional communication skills, allowing you to identify operational gaps and drive improvements proactively.
• Fluency in English.
