At Belong, we are on a mission to transform health insurance for seniors and Medicare-eligible individuals who have historically been overlooked. We partner with regional payers to provide Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plan products, combining proactive clinical intervention with a deeply empathetic approach to patient care. Our ACO product has experienced incredible growth, expanding nearly 1000% between 2023 and 2025. We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our fully remote, high-growth team and help us continue to build a kinder, more supportive healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director of Product to measure and advance the performance of our ACO initiatives.
- Master the complexities of CMS programs like ACO REACH and MSSP to ensure all operational requirements are met.
- Analyze clinical data and care patterns to provide actionable recommendations that drive value-based care outcomes.
Requirements
- Possess 4 to 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, payer operations, or a similar generalist operations role.
- Demonstrate a strong background in the healthcare industry.
- Maintain expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Showcase exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Hold a Bachelor degree, with preference given to candidates who have earned an advanced degree.
- Experience with CMS programs and a history of working in early-stage company environments are highly valued.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. We are proud to offer a fully remote work environment that allows our team members to contribute from anywhere.
