What you'll be doing
- You will prepare detailed plans and documentation to ensure our cross-functional teams are fully prepared to support every new product release or update.
- You will serve as the primary liaison between teams, taking rigorous notes to document key decisions, clarify accountability, and engage the right subject matter experts across the organization.
- You will maintain and evolve our product map and project trackers, acting as the central source of truth for our offerings, resourcing plans, and project priorities.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in product operations and project management. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy roles, ideally within a high-growth environment.
- A proven ability to manage complex initiatives by coordinating effectively with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in using both quantitative and qualitative data to drive product recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt your message for different audiences.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- While not required, familiarity with the fintech or crypto industry and experience with SQL are considered significant assets.
