We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to join our Core Experience team and help us evolve the way the world connects.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage and optimize the operational processes that support our core communication platforms, including our calling, messaging, and phone number services.
- You will own the integrity of our data and enhance our KPI monitoring, ensuring that our services consistently meet high performance benchmarks.
- You will act as a bridge between our product, engineering, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues and build scalable workflows that improve overall reliability.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a similar field. You are a proactive problem-solver who prioritizes the customer experience and excels at identifying opportunities for process improvement. You are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you have a keen eye for detail when it comes to risk mitigation.
We are looking for someone with strong data analysis skills, and experience with tools like SQL, Redash, or Kibana is highly valued. If you have a background in the telecom industry, specifically with technologies like SIP trunking, CNAM lookups, or STIR/SHAKEN, that is a significant advantage. You must be proficient in English to effectively collaborate across our remote, global environment.
