Key outcomes

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to promote high performance, innovation, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and execute long-term technical strategies.
• Develop and enforce engineering processes that maintain high standards for data security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable, elegant software solutions.
• Contribute hands-on to the development of core systems, ensuring high-quality code and robust architecture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a focus on building scalable web applications.
• Practical experience with Golang, specifically regarding API development and backend service integration.
• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, alongside CI/CD practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English.

• Prior experience within the financial services or brokerage sector.
• A background working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment.
• A demonstrated passion for financial markets and an interest in emerging technologies.
• Experience collaborating within diverse, globally distributed teams.
