Key outcomes

• Create and implement an elevated assortment strategy that stands out against leading global jewelry brands.
• Utilize trend analysis and consumer demand data to deliver accurate product launch forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the presentation of our products across both our website and physical retail locations.
• Conduct thorough gap and price analyses to inform our future product roadmap strategies.
• Prepare and present data-driven design briefs to our executive leadership team, focusing on cost-conscious and high-demand product development.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders and marketplace partners to ensure our product launches remain cohesive and well-coordinated.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience specifically within the fine jewelry industry, focusing on diamond merchandise.
• A deep commercial understanding of both retail and e-commerce business models.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the confidence to present findings to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational abilities with an impeccable eye for detail, allowing you to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
• The ability to thrive and remain adaptable within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
