We are currently seeking a Product Merchandising Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. This is a highly visible position where you will play a central role in our ambition to become one of the top ten jewelry maisons in the world.
Key outcomes
- Create and implement an elevated assortment strategy that stands out against leading global jewelry brands.
- Utilize trend analysis and consumer demand data to deliver accurate product launch forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the presentation of our products across both our website and physical retail locations.
- Conduct thorough gap and price analyses to inform our future product roadmap strategies.
- Prepare and present data-driven design briefs to our executive leadership team, focusing on cost-conscious and high-demand product development.
- Provide training to internal stakeholders and marketplace partners to ensure our product launches remain cohesive and well-coordinated.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience specifically within the fine jewelry industry, focusing on diamond merchandise.
- A deep commercial understanding of both retail and e-commerce business models.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the confidence to present findings to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational abilities with an impeccable eye for detail, allowing you to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
- The ability to thrive and remain adaptable within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
