JOB SUMMARY
The NZXT marketing team is seeking an experienced Product Marketer with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive business results. The ideal candidate will take charge of product positioning, messaging direction, go-to-market strategy, and content creation for the NZXT product lines. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Creative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop insights-driven product positioning by identifying customer needs and analyzing the competitive landscape
- Work closely with Product Management throughout the product life cycle ensuring marketing strategies align with product milestones
- Create clear and effective messaging frameworks to establish consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints
- Equip sales teams with the information and tools needed to effectively communicate product value propositions
- Lead cross-functional team collaboration in development of product launch plans
- Partner with internal creative teams to produce and deliver compelling marketing and campaign assets (copy, imagery, video, web content, etc.)
- Propose and implement innovative marketing initiatives to differentiate our products in the market
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a product marketing role, with a preference for experience in the gaming hardware industry
- Demonstrated success in creating compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks
- Experience working with a Creative team (internal or external), with a keen eye for distinguishing good from excellent creative work
- Extensive knowledge of marketing asset production, including but not limited to copywriting, photography, video, and digital media
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the company
- Comfortable working remotely from a home office
COMPENSATION
The estimated base range for this role is: $75,000- $100,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal equity and alignment with market data. We offer a wide range of benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement and paid time off. All employees at NZXT receive equity as part of their compensation package.
