The role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our product development teams and the market, acting as the primary marketing representative for our Pharmacy segment. You will own the go-to-market strategy and ensure our solutions resonate deeply with our customers.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, positioning, and messaging for our products, including the planning and execution of new product launches and feature releases.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by developing high-impact sales enablement tools, such as presentations, collateral, and training materials, to empower our sales team.
- Conduct in-depth market research and customer analysis to identify trends, buying criteria, and competitive dynamics that inform our overall marketing strategy.
Skills and experience
- A bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree in business or marketing being a plus.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in product marketing.
- Proven experience within the B2B SaaS healthcare technology sector.
- Strong familiarity with product management principles, such as Pragmatic Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- A self-starting, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Specific knowledge of the long-term care pharmacy industry and related regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
