Product Marketing Manager at Lessen

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Lessen, we are transforming the real estate services industry by combining a powerful proprietary technology platform with hands-on property service delivery. Following our acquisition of SMS Assist, we now serve over 250,000 properties and manage millions of repair and maintenance orders annually. As we continue to scale our SaaS offerings, including our L360 and LPro platforms, we need a strategic thinker to lead our go-to-market efforts and bridge the gap between our technology and the customers who rely on it.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our SaaS products by collaborating with growth and technology teams to drive adoption and market penetration.
• Develop high-impact sales enablement assets, such as pitch decks, battle cards, and case studies, while training our sales teams to effectively communicate product value.
• Manage the full lifecycle of product marketing initiatives, including competitive research, customer engagement programs, and the creation of educational content to support both enterprise and SMB clients.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a master’s degree in marketing or business administration.
• At least 6 years of product marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on SaaS products.
• Proven expertise in using Salesforce, managing complex GTM strategies, and utilizing project management tools to oversee multiple workstreams.
• Deep familiarity with the property technology landscape, including residential or commercial real estate management and vendor maintenance systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear, compelling benefits for diverse audiences.
