What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic position where you will lead the marketing efforts for our suite of freight tech products. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and design teams to refine our product messaging and ensure our solutions reach the customers who need them most.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates to ensure they align with our broader business goals.
- Define our product positioning and messaging to create compelling narratives that clearly explain our value to different buyer personas.
- Partner with our sales and account management teams to build essential enablement materials, including case studies, sales playbooks, and competitive battlecards.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing within the technology or payments space. We are looking for someone who balances strategic thinking with tactical execution. You should be comfortable with English as your primary working language and possess the following qualities:
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
- Strong expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and mapping the customer journey.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, specifically working alongside product and sales teams.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and product analytics software.
- An adaptive, problem-solving attitude and a willingness to take ownership of projects to drive product success.
