What is this role?

We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position designed for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of our product positioning and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure our messaging is cohesive, data-driven, and perfectly aligned with the needs of our users.

What will you do?

• Develop and own the product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our benefits engagement platform to drive awareness and adoption.
• Conduct thorough market and competitive research, including maintaining battlecards and overseeing win/loss analysis to keep us ahead of industry trends.
• Partner with our revenue enablement team to train sales and customer success staff, ensuring they are fully equipped to position our products effectively.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least seven years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B or B2B2C healthcare technology or benefits sectors. We value candidates who possess a strong command of the English language and have a proven ability to lead complex projects. You are a natural problem solver who thrives in ambiguous environments and excels at collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment. A bachelor’s or graduate degree in a field such as marketing, business, or healthcare is preferred, along with a deep understanding of how to translate technical features into compelling market narratives.
