At Candid, we are on a mission to transform the oral healthcare industry by combining clinical expertise with modern telehealth technology. We are a diverse team of doctors, data experts, artists, and innovators dedicated to making smiles more accessible and affordable. We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the value of our products, with a specific focus on our B2B clear aligner system. You will act as a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor, working closely with our product, creative, and sales teams to drive our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our dental practitioner-focused offerings, ensuring alignment with our broader business and product goals.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by conducting deep market research and user assessments to understand the needs of dental professionals and their patients.
- Lead critical strategic initiatives, including competitive analysis, pricing, product positioning, and the creation of sales enablement content to support our teams from initial contact to contract.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy, specifically within the B2B dental or orthodontic sector.
- A proven ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and compelling product narratives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A solid understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape related to healthcare marketing and compliance.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
What we offer
