What you'll be doing
- You will cultivate and grow our community of world-class instructors by managing the channels where they connect, share insights, and receive support, including Slack, email, and live events.
- You will create and distribute strategic playbooks that help our instructors streamline their operations and effectively increase their course enrollments.
- You will serve as the primary advocate for our instructors within our product team, where you will scope new features, propose improvements, and translate instructor feedback into actionable product signals.
What you'll bring
We are looking for an executive-level professional with over 10 years of relevant experience who is fluent in English. You should be a creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and values direct feedback as a tool for growth. Your qualifications should include:
- Marketing Acumen: You possess a sharp instinct for what makes courses appealing to students and can build systems that guide instructors toward growth at scale.
- Community and Program Management: You have a proven track record of designing programs that drive meaningful customer action through high-quality engagement and clear communication.
- Account Management: You can maintain the trust of VIP instructors by delivering strategic advice with executive presence and managing complex communication threads effectively.
- Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable setting measurable goals, digging into data to identify trends, and communicating your findings clearly to the team.
- Scrappiness: You have experience taking projects from the initial concept phase to completion and are comfortable adapting to new challenges as they arise.
What you'll get
We offer a salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 per year, accompanied by significant equity. As a fully remote organization, we welcome applicants located within one hour of US time zones. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
