Role at a glance

We are seeking an Executive Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-level role for a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience who is ready to own our product vision and roadmap in partnership with our CTO. You will be working from anywhere to help us redefine how the world handles debt capital.

Your impact

• You will lead the conceptualization and development of the first unified platform designed to streamline the relationship between lenders and borrowers.
• You will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including designing, managing, and testing core features for our suite of debt management tools.
• You will help scale our organization by mentoring team members, interviewing new talent, and establishing standard operating procedures to keep our operations running smoothly.

What you'll need

We are looking for a problem-solver who thrives in the complexity of enterprise SaaS. You should have a deep understanding of how to ship high-quality products while balancing difficult trade-offs. Your background should include:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven domain expertise in fintech or complex enterprise software.
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A talent for clear communication, ensuring that product requirements are understood by all stakeholders.
• A systems-thinking mindset that enjoys designing for the long term and working across engineering, design, and business functions.
• Fluency in English.
