Responsibilities
- Own product strategy from initial concept through launch and ongoing iterations.
- Connect directly with customers to gather insights that shape product decisions.
- Use research and analytics to create products that are both useful and innovative.
- Work closely with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver industry-leading software.
- Define, track, and report progress against key performance indicators and objectives.
Must-haves
- Proven success shipping and iterating on products in a technology environment.
- Multiple years partnering with engineers, designers, and leaders to improve existing products and launch new features.
- Comfort representing the product organization both inside and outside the company.
- Data-driven approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision.
- Creative methods for turning customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort working through ambiguity and learning quickly.
- Extensive experience managing customer relationships and acting as a product ambassador alongside sales and support teams.
- Enthusiasm for shaping strategic direction for a product area and contributing to overall company success.
- Readiness to move fast and grow within a rapidly scaling startup.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Direct experience in commercial real estate.
