Impossible Cloud is on a mission to become the premier cloud platform in Europe and beyond. Founded by serial entrepreneurs who previously built a billion-euro technology company, we are currently redefining the industry by bridging the gap between decentralized infrastructure and mainstream B2B cloud requirements. Our current offerings include cloud object storage similar to AWS S3, and we are experiencing significant growth through our channel-based go-to-market strategy. We are looking for a senior Product Manager to join our team in Germany to help us build the next generation of the internet.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with our founders and product team to develop a roadmap that solves critical customer challenges.
- Translate our product vision into actionable user stories, milestone plans, and prioritized backlogs.
- Work alongside engineers and designers to create wireframes and high-level designs.
- Perform market research and build business cases for new features and enhancements.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to schedule technical implementations, define acceptance criteria, and ensure thorough documentation.
- Analyze customer feedback and engagement to continuously improve the user experience.
- Develop educational materials, such as tutorials and documentation, to support our growing customer base.
- Provide technical guidance to prospective clients and manage communication regarding critical updates and bug reports.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Practical experience with cloud systems, programming, and core infrastructure components like APIs, databases, and access control.
- Strong product design skills, including the ability to create wireframes, sequence diagrams, and compelling user stories.
- Proven experience in Agile environments, backlog management, OKRs, and go-to-market planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience launching products within cloud marketplaces or the Web3 sector.
- A technical understanding of decentralized solutions or experience in distributed computing.
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary package that includes equity compensation through an enticing ESOP and token participation program. Our benefits include professional development opportunities and a hybrid work environment that values in-person collaboration at our Hamburg headquarters.
