At Pocket Worlds, we are dedicated to creating games that foster genuine human connection. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. If you are passionate about building player-facing features that resonate with a community, we would love to have you help us shape the future of our gaming experiences.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the lifecycle of player-facing features, from the initial discovery phase and identifying opportunities to the final launch and post-release analysis.
- You will collaborate closely with our design, engineering, art, and community teams to ensure our solutions are fun, intuitive, and effectively prioritized.
- You will actively listen to our players, utilizing both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to measure the impact of your work on engagement, retention, and overall player happiness.
What you'll bring
- You possess significant experience working with consumer products and have a deep understanding of what makes games or social apps engaging.
- You are a natural problem solver who enjoys testing fixes rather than just identifying issues.
- You have a proven ability to communicate clearly, ensuring your team remains aligned and focused on the most important goals.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can iterate quickly based on user insights.
- You are proficient in English and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to use data to guide your product decisions.
