We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of features inside Polaris, Wpromote’s marketing platform, and to shape how agencies and brands use data-driven marketing tools every day.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for three features within Polaris, from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Run market and user research, analyze usage data, and gather feedback to decide which opportunities to pursue next.
- Translate insights into clear requirements, UX wireframes in Balsamiq, and high-fidelity mockups in Sketch.
- Write detailed product specs in Confluence and user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Represent your products in Agile ceremonies-stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, releases, and demos.
- Partner with Product Marketing and the SVP of Product to create release communications, training materials in Canvas, and sales collateral in Google Slides.
- Work with delivery and operations teams to drive successful releases and adoption.
- Define product KPIs, build supporting analytics, and track engagement to spot growth opportunities.
- Design and run initiatives that increase feature adoption across internal teams and client accounts.
- Provide day-to-day product support by handling tickets, troubleshooting issues, reviewing requests, and escalating bugs to Engineering.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in digital marketing, marketing data services, or adtech.
- Demonstrated success guiding products through multiple lifecycle stages.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to prioritize and make decisions.
- Clear, confident communication that conveys product vision and strategy to audiences at every level.
- Solid project-management skills and hands-on experience with Agile methods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and shift priorities when needed.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Deep technical familiarity with adtech platforms and marketing data workflows.
- Prior hands-on work in Confluence and Jira within an Agile environment.
- Experience collaborating directly with UX designers and conducting user research.
- Background managing marketing data pipelines used for reporting and analysis.
- Client-facing experience running paid media campaigns.

The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $105,000 – $140,000.
