Role at a glance
Product Manager, full-time, mid-level, working remotely from anywhere.
Your impact
- Design and ship onboarding and upgrade flows that feel effortless for customers while keeping fraud and compliance risks in check.
- Own Settle’s presence in the Shopify, QuickBooks, and Xero app stores-updating creative, testing new features, and lifting inbound lead quality and volume.
- Partner with Go-to-Market, Design, and Engineering to run rapid experiments that improve conversion and cross-sell, then turn winning ideas into production features.
What you'll need
Two or more years of product management experience, basic SQL skills, and the ability to move comfortably between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. You’re a clear, empathetic communicator who builds alignment across teams and cares about the people you work with. You default to MVPs, stay resourceful in fast-changing environments, and bring a genuine curiosity about how small businesses operate.
Perks and compensation
This role offers an annual salary range of $140,000 - $150,000 plus equity.
