As we scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our mission of creating a future classic product that defines a generation.
Key outcomes
- Lead the improvement and optimization of various features within the Channel Talk platform.
- Manage and facilitate multiple task forces, ensuring clear planning and effective communication across teams.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, including post-launch performance monitoring and internal onboarding.
- Align project goals and strategic direction with leadership and communicate these objectives clearly to team members.
- Plan and manage the scope, roadmap, and delivery schedules for product development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
- Strong understanding of product planning and software development mechanisms.
- Proven ability to simplify complex problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- A focused mindset with the patience and persistence to solve fundamental business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to navigate conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
- A deep commitment to meeting and understanding customer needs.
- Professional proficiency in the Korean language.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing funnels, from user acquisition to churn and revenue metrics.
- Background in direct product engineering.
- Previous experience working as a PM in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Clear understanding of the functional and strategic differences between B2B and B2C product development.
- Demonstrated success in identifying market needs and developing product-market fit.
