About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the company's clinical trial platform. You will bridge the gap between technical development and clinical application, ensuring that the products being built effectively serve the needs of patients and healthcare providers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal leadership, strategic partners, and key opinion leaders to identify and evaluate new opportunities for the company's clinical trial platform.
- Define product requirements and align design goals, using your communication and organizational skills to guide the development process.
- Evangelize solution plans to both internal stakeholders and external partners, including major pharmaceutical firms and healthcare collaborators.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a computer-technology or clinical field.
- At least 3 years of experience working within a software product team, ideally in an agile or startup environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA, experience building product roadmaps, and a background in SaaS or healthcare-related solutions.
Location
This position is based on-site in Edina, Minnesota.
