Product Manager at Askfavor

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United States. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to colleagues across the company, working within an engineering squad to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Runner mobile app and its associated integrations.

Key outcomes

• Take full ownership of your product domain, including the vision, strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to build organizational support for your product vision.
• Utilize data, analytics, and market research to make informed decisions that prioritize user needs and business goals.
• Partner with design, engineering, and research teams to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring a well-groomed and prioritized backlog of user stories.
• Act as a subject matter expert, fostering a user-centric culture and advocating for our customers, merchants, and Runners.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally with a background in launching products at scale within an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated success leading mobile app development teams and managing integrations with third-party vendors.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, business analysts, and data scientists.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, paired with a high level of attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• A professional demeanor that thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments where you can turn ambiguity into clear action.

Preferred qualifications

• A degree in computer science, business, or a related field is considered a plus.
