At Eigen Labs, we are pioneering the future of crypto-economic security through our work on EigenLayer. By allowing services to leverage the established security of the Ethereum trust network, we are helping developers overcome traditional scaling and capital limitations. We are currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As our first external product hire, you will be instrumental in scaling our platform to reach one billion users and shaping the way major applications are built on our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define clear product goals and advocate for our users while working closely with engineering teams to hit key milestones.
- Develop and implement a scalable framework to prioritize features and improvements that align with our long-term product vision.
- Facilitate effective communication across the company to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with our strategy and understand how their contributions drive our success.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proven track record in product leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five to seven years of product management experience within the tech industry, including at least two years focused on developer-facing products.
- Experience working in a rapidly scaling startup environment where you have successfully taken products from concept to market.
- A highly technical mindset with the ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
- Strong skills in strategy development, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- A deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Ethereum and Proof of Stake protocols, is highly preferred.
