Product Manager at Big Health

We have pioneered the first at-scale digital therapeutic business model, working alongside prominent global organizations, including Fortune 500 healthcare companies and Scotland’s NHS. Our FDA-cleared products, such as SleepioRx for insomnia and DaylightRx for anxiety, provide effective treatment anytime and anywhere. As we look toward the next decade, we aim to transform the delivery of healthcare worldwide, and we are looking for a Product Manager to join our remote-first team and help us lead this change.

Key outcomes

• Develop a deep understanding of our patients and customers to identify the specific challenges they face.
• Translate these insights into actionable product plans by working closely with our clinical, engineering, and design teams.
• Define clear success metrics and objectives to ensure our products deliver measurable impact.
• Execute product roadmaps while crafting user experiences that are both delightful and effective.
• Conduct thorough user research and partner with our analytics team to uncover trends that inform future decision-making.
• Create high-quality product specifications that simplify complex concepts and clearly communicate core value.
• Articulate the rationale behind our product initiatives to the broader organization.
• Proactively mitigate risks through competitive analysis, testing, and data-driven insights.
• Foster a culture of speed and iterative development to mobilize your team effectively.
• Collaborate on transition plans and training programs to ensure successful adoption of new features.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, design, or business.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product management, with a proven history of delivering innovative software products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full product development lifecycle, from initial ideation through to final deployment.
• A solid understanding of technical platforms, development tools, and application development processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and engage in effective public speaking.
• A startup mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and technical environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience developing patient-facing products within the healthcare industry is highly valued.
