Role at a glance

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who is ready to take ownership of our digital roadmap and drive meaningful growth for our investor platform.

Your impact

• You will own the product strategy and execution for our entire tech stack, which includes our primary website, our dedicated investor platform, and our underlying data infrastructure.
• You will translate high-level company goals and user insights into a prioritized roadmap, ensuring our engineering teams are focused on the features that drive the most value.
• You will act as the bridge between our internal stakeholders and external development partners, managing the entire lifecycle from initial design in Figma to final delivery via Jira and Confluence.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a metrics-driven thinker with a passion for digital assets and global finance. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
• A strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of frontend, backend, and infrastructure technologies.
• Proficiency with Agile development, including managing two-week sprint cycles.
• Hands-on experience with CMS tools like Optimizely and design software such as Figma.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of shipping high-quality digital products.
