Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery efforts to uncover new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap.
- Prioritize and define the product backlog.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Create comprehensive product documentation.
- Act as a bridge between the product, design, and development teams.
- Champion and implement Agile practices across our workflows.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor or Master degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven experience collaborating closely with design, engineering, marketing, or sales teams.
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Epics and User stories.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Jira, Miro, Trello, or Notion.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
