We are currently on a mission to redefine how companies gain visibility into their SaaS landscapes. At Beamy, we have recently pivoted to focus entirely on our core capabilities, and we are looking for a visionary leader to help us scale this vision. If you are passionate about building a strong product culture and want to play a key role in our global expansion, we would love to meet you.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in France, where you will help us bridge the gap between our technical and product teams while refining our development processes.
Your impact
- Lead comprehensive market and customer analysis to deeply understand user challenges and shape our product strategy.
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initial discovery and planning to execution, documentation, and gathering actionable feedback.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by acting as the primary bridge between engineering, client-facing teams, and stakeholders to ensure transparent and efficient product delivery.
What you'll need
- Proven experience managing B2B SaaS products, ideally with a focus on large-scale corporate IT environments.
- A strong ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, uncover complex pain points, and frame problems with precision.
- Expertise in coordinating projects from the initial concept through to final deployment.
- Fluency in French, as you must be a native speaker or hold a C2 level of proficiency.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in an environment that values respectful debate and personal ownership.
Perks and compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of 50,000 to 60,000 EUR, complemented by the following benefits:
- Stock options to share in our long-term success.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan and meal vouchers via Swile.
- Generous paid time off, including 5 weeks of vacation plus additional RTT days.
- A flexible hybrid work environment that emphasizes autonomy and professional growth.
