The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our product strategy and roadmap. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and our business goals. You will ensure that every feature we release not only meets the highest quality standards but also solves real problems for our customers. By working in a hybrid environment, you will have the flexibility to collaborate effectively while maintaining the focus needed to drive complex projects from initial concept to a successful market launch.

A day in the life

• You will translate complex market research and customer feedback into clear, actionable user stories and feature specifications that guide our engineering and design teams.
• You will lead the end-to-end development process, monitoring progress and facilitating cross-functional alignment to ensure our product launches are timely and impactful.
• You will mentor and manage your team by conducting regular one-on-one meetings, overseeing recruitment, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience in technology product development and delivery. You understand the nuances of the iGaming and online sports sectors, and you know how to turn data into a compelling product vision. You are an effective communicator who can speak comfortably with stakeholders at any level of seniority, and you possess a solid grasp of UX design principles and prototyping. You are technically proficient, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and database technologies, and you have a proven track record of leading teams toward measurable success.
