Role at a glance
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team in Israel. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will take ownership of our customer-focused product offerings. If you are ready to help us scale our vision and improve the lives of millions, we would love to meet you.
Your impact
- You will drive the execution of our product roadmap by working in lockstep with our Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- You will own the entire product life cycle, from defining the strategy and roadmap to managing the development backlog based on business and market priorities.
- You will conduct deep research into our verticals and user base, ensuring we maintain a winning product-market fit through direct engagement with our users.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product management within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience working with US-based businesses, including a strong grasp of their specific workflows, user personas, and usage patterns.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, as you will be regularly coordinating with departmental directors.
- Deep experience partnering with R&D and product marketing teams to translate user needs into tangible product capabilities.
- The ability to navigate complex tradeoffs and drive consensus among stakeholders while keeping the business strategy in focus.
- Bonus points if you have experience managing a team of product managers or a background in PropTech, HRTech, or marketplace products.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
