At moka.care, we are on a mission to nurture healthy minds to foster healthy organizations. Since our founding in 2019, we have grown to support over 200,000 employees across more than 250 companies, including notable names like L'Oreal, Qonto, and Spendesk. With 17.5 million euros in funding and a dedicated team of 65 people, we provide essential mental health solutions through therapy and coaching. We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our highly collaborative, product-oriented team in Paris to help us continue driving our vision forward.
What you'll be doing
- Lead product discovery by conducting user research, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, and crafting solution proposals that balance user needs with technical feasibility.
- Manage the product delivery process by partnering with developers to ensure efficient execution, overseeing task prioritization, and conducting functionality testing.
- Communicate product initiatives to stakeholders, ensure successful releases through cross-team collaboration, and measure the impact of your work to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
You are a mid-level professional with 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, though we are happy to consider candidates with backgrounds in product ownership, design, or development who demonstrate a strong affinity for product management. You possess sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of discovery, delivery, and technical concepts. Because we value a collaborative culture, you should be humble, curious, empathetic, and open to feedback. You must be bilingual in French and fluent in English. As this is a hybrid role, you should be based in Paris and available to work from our office near Bastille three days per week.
What you'll get
We believe in taking care of our team members as much as we care for our users. You will enjoy a range of benefits designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being:
- Flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid schedule and flexible hours.
- Seven weeks of paid time off.
- Access to moka.care services, including individual and group mental health sessions.
- Professional development opportunities and the chance to work in a fast-growing environment.
- An employee assistance program and a comprehensive health insurance plan.
- A wellness allowance through ClassPass and meal vouchers via Swile.
- Support for your commute with a 50% reimbursement on your Navigo or Veligo transport pass.
- Equity through BSPCE for all team members.
